Primordial Sound Meditation is taught in three separate sections. These sections can take place over a 1, 2 or 3 day period of time, depending on the number of people in the class. Some people prefer the group experience, others are more comfortable learning meditation one on one in a private session. Either way, over the course of the class, your meditation instructor will give you lots of meditation information, and you will learn meditation techniques that will enhance and deepen your meditation practice.

1: The Basic Principles
This first session is where you will learn the basic principles of Primordial Sound Meditation, the use of mantras, and the value and benefits of meditation.
Session
2: Individual Instruction
In this session, you come at the appointed time to meet individually with your meditation instructor. You will receive your personal mantra and will be instructed in how to use it. After instruction, you will practice meditation for approximately 30 minutes.
Section
3: Perfecting the Practice
During this time, you will review the practical aspects of meditation, share experiences and ask questions. After a group meditation, you will learn about higher states of consciousness and get a glimpse of future possibilities of growth on all levels.
